Core Return Instructions
Instructions for Sending Your Core:
Place the injector pump core in a box (you can use the same one we shipped the pump in if it is in good condition).
Print your original order confirmation email (sent to you by email when you placed your order) and place it in the box with the core.
Be sure to write on the Order Confirmation email printout that this is the core return. This will help us process your refund.
The refund is processed back to the original payment method. If payment was made using Paypal then the refund will be back to your Paypal account. If you paid by credit card, you will recive a refund through your credit card.
Paypal orders can only be refunded for up to 3 months.
Credit card orders can be refunded for up to 6 months. Store credit will be given, if you don't return your core by these time limits. This means that you must return your core within 3 months, if you want a refund by paypal and 6 months,
if you want a refund by credit card.
Once we have received your pump and issued your refund, you will be emailed.
The refund usually takes a 5-7 business days after processing to appear on your Credit Card.
